Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Lipo-Light sessions lasting just under 20 minutes have been shown to be most effective. For best results, we recommend that you exercise for 20 minutes after your Lipo Light sessions in order to help you eliminate the fat that was mobilized during the session.
Q: Does this mean that I don't have to exercise anymore?
A: You will get best results with Lipo Light if you eat a healthful diet, exercise regularly, get enough sleep and drink plenty of filtered water.
Q: Does it hurt?
A: Your Lipo Light sessions are comfortable and painless. Many people find them relaxing and may even fall asleep for a refreshing nap.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Since your Lipo-Light sessions are directed at the problem area of your choosing, loose fitting clothes such as yoga attire seem to work best.
Q: How long will it take to see results?
A: Results vary depending upon your body mass index, healthy eating habits, and activity level.
Q: Is it expensive?
A: Lipo light is much more cost effective than liposuction. Individual plans based upon your goals can be selected.
